Led by a practitioner, not a deck builder

I’m a technology leader with more than 25 years building and modernizing enterprise systems under real operational constraints.

I’ve led full platform replacements across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, CMS, and custom operations systems. I’ve delivered scheduling optimization and AI-driven projects, built cloud-first infrastructure on Azure and AWS, and led teams through high-growth periods and acquisitions.

Before that, I scaled a technology organization from 3 to 200+ people as the company grew from $30M to $780M, with deep hands-on experience in integrations, APIs, and systems that have to work every day.

I started BigUpshift because growing businesses deserve the same operational leverage as larger companies, without taking on a huge technology project. Every engagement ends with a working system, clear documentation, and a team that owns what was built.
